At InkFX Printing, we work hard to process and deliver orders as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping and pickup options below.


Order Processing Time

All orders require processing time prior to fulfillment.

  • Custom orders: Processing times vary based on product type and order size

  • Production begins after payment is received and artwork/proofs are approved

  • Processing times are estimates and do not include shipping or pickup availability

Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

Orders are shipped using reputable carriers such as Australia Post and Aramex. Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.

Ink FX Printing reserves the right to select the shipping carrier best suited for your order.


Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

All shipping fees are non-refundable.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed. Ink FX Printing is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather or natural events

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses


Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Ink FX Printing is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Any additional shipping or reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Ink FX Printing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within [7 days] of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged items and packaging

We will assist with filing a carrier claim when applicable.


Packages Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If a tracking number shows that a package has been marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, Ink FX Printing is not responsible for the package.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Packages left at the delivery location by the carrier

  • Packages stolen after delivery

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  • Checking with household members, neighbors, or building management

  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly to request delivery confirmation or GPS scan details

Ink FX Printing may assist with filing a carrier inquiry upon request; however, refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for packages marked as delivered.

Customers may choose to purchase shipping insurance when available to provide additional protection.


Local Pickup Option

Ink FX Printing offers local pickup at our business location for customers who select this option at checkout.

Pickup Details:

  • Pickup is available Monday through Friday

  • Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Pickup is available by confirmation only

Customers will receive an email or notification when their order is ready for pickup. Please do not arrive before receiving confirmation.

Customers must bring:

  • Order confirmation (digital or printed)

  • A valid photo ID

Orders not picked up within [14 days] of notification may be considered abandoned, unless prior arrangements are made.


Responsibility for Picked-Up Orders

Once an order has been picked up, Ink FX Printing is no longer responsible for loss or damage.
